[:nl]Voor een internationale financiële instelling waarbij bedrijfsonderdelen gesplist moesten worden hebben we naast het opstellen van interne TSLA’s (Tijdelijke Service Level Agreements), diverse IT contracten uit onderhandeld zodat na de splitsing ieder van de nieuw ontstane bedrijven na de splitsing verzekerd was van continuïteit van de services behorend bij de contracten.[:en]For an international financial institution which businesses’ had to be split up, we set up several Temporary Service Level Agreements (TSLA’s).
