\nHet handhavingsmoratorium is tot in ieder geval 1 januari 2021 verlengd. Tijdens dit moratorium handhaaft de Belastingdienst als een opdrachtgever kwaadwillend blijkt, of als opdrachtgevers na aanwijzingen van de Belastingdienst hun werkwijze niet binnen een redelijke termijn aanpassen (in de meeste gevallen tot 3 maanden) wanneer blijkt dat sprake is van een dienstbetrekking.<\/p>\n
