Medewerkers van financi\u00eble ondernemingen waarvan een deel van de vaste beloning uit aandelen bestaat, mogen die pas na vijf jaar verkopen.<!--more-->Financi\u00eble ondernemingen, zoals banken en verzekeraars, zijn straks ook verplicht om bij hun beloningsbeleid meer rekening te houden met hun maatschappelijke positie door van tevoren stakeholders te betrekken bij beloningsvoorstellen en daarover verantwoording af te leggen.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rijksoverheid.nl\/documenten\/kamerstukken\/2020\/07\/02\/nader-rapport-nadere-beloningsmaatregelen-financiele-sector\">https:\/\/www.rijksoverheid.nl\/documenten\/kamerstukken\/2020\/07\/02\/nader-rapport-nadere-beloningsmaatregelen-financiele-sector<\/a>[:en]The government wants incentives in the financial sector to be countered.
