[:nl]Het kabinet wil dat prikkels in de financi\u00eble sector worden tegengegaan. Medewerkers van financi\u00eble ondernemingen waarvan een deel van de vaste beloning uit aandelen bestaat, mogen die pas na vijf jaar verkopen.Financi\u00eble ondernemingen, zoals banken en verzekeraars, zijn straks ook verplicht om bij hun beloningsbeleid meer rekening te houden met hun maatschappelijke positie door van tevoren stakeholders te betrekken bij beloningsvoorstellen en daarover verantwoording af te leggen.<\/p>\n

Employees of financial companies of which part of the fixed remuneration consists of shares may not sell them until after five years.Financial companies, such as banks and insurers, will soon also be required to take more account of their social position in their remuneration policies by involving and accountable stakeholders in remuneration proposals in advance.<\/p>\n
