30% expat ruling: salary criterion in case of leaves (maternity, paternity, birth). As per 1 July 2020 new legal types of leaves are incorporated in law. So the exemptions for lower salary criterions during such period is also regulated.

Er is een nieuw besluit verschenen voor de uitvoering van de looncriteria opgenomen in de 30%-regeling. Voor periodes van ouderschaps- en zwangerschapsverlof bestonden al uitzonderingen op het salariscriterium van de 30%-regeling. De uitzondering geldt met ingang van 1 juli 2020 ook voor het aanvullend geboorteverlof en het adoptie- en pleegzorgverlof.<\/p>\n
