On 5 February 2022, the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration (de Belastingdienst) has ruled in the so-called mass objection procedures box 3 for the years 2017 to 2020 in response to a judgment of the Dutch Supreme Court. The ruling states that all more than 200,000 objections that belong to these massive objection procedures are declared well-founded. It is not yet clear which people will get money back, how much and when exactly. This is a complex issue that the government wants to look at carefully. The aim is to decide on this around the beginning of May 2022.<\/p>\n
De Belastingdienst heeft vandaag uitspraak gedaan in de zogenaamde massaal bezwaarprocedures box 3 over de jaren 2017 t\/m 2020 in reactie op een arrest van de Hoge Raad. In de uitspraak staat dat alle ruim 200.000 bezwaarschriften die bij deze massaal bezwaarprocedures horen, gegrond worden verklaard. Het is op dit moment nog niet duidelijk welke mensen geld terugkrijgen, hoeveel en wanneer precies. Dit is een ingewikkeld vraagstuk waar het kabinet zorgvuldig naar wil kijken. Doel is hierover te beslissen bij de Voorjaarsbesluitvorming die rond begin mei plaatsvindt.<\/p>\n
