{"id":2745,"date":"2022-12-05T23:33:05","date_gmt":"2022-12-05T22:33:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/witscraft.roads-technology.com\/?p=2745"},"modified":"2025-08-25T09:57:01","modified_gmt":"2025-08-25T09:57:01","slug":"highly-skilled-migrant-salary-criterion-2023","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/witscraft.roads-technology.com\/?news=highly-skilled-migrant-salary-criterion-2023","title":{"rendered":"Highly Skilled Migrant &#8211; salary criterion 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"ox-064c11f49a-MsoNormal\">The 2023 salary levels for highly skilled migrants, Blue Card holders, key personnel of intra-corporate transfers (ICT) and recent graduates in the Netherlands have been published.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ox-064c11f49a-MsoNormal\">Per 1 January 2023 the following salary thresholds apply, gross per month excluding 8% holiday allowance.\u00a0These thresholds apply to applications submitted as of 1 January 2023.<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"ox-064c11f49a-MsoNormal\">Highly skilled migrants from 30 years of age \/ Key personnel Intra-corporate transferee: \u20ac 5,008<\/li>\n<li class=\"ox-064c11f49a-MsoNormal\">Highly skilled migrants younger than 30 years \/ Key personnel Intra-corporate transferee: \u20ac 3,672<\/li>\n<li class=\"ox-064c11f49a-MsoNormal\">Foreign nationals graduated in the Netherlands: \u20ac 2,631 (e.g. after search year)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ox-064c11f49a-MsoNormal\">Blue Card holders: \u20ac 5,867<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ox-064c11f49a-MsoNormal\">In brief, the salary is the fixed monthly salary (in cash) and contractual agreed monthly allowances (in cash) \u00a0excluding the holiday allowance (8%).
