{"id":2832,"date":"2023-12-11T20:03:56","date_gmt":"2023-12-11T19:03:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/witscraft.roads-technology.com\/?p=2832"},"modified":"2025-08-25T09:56:30","modified_gmt":"2025-08-25T09:56:30","slug":"highly-skilled-migrant-salary-criterion-2024","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/witscraft.roads-technology.com\/?news=highly-skilled-migrant-salary-criterion-2024","title":{"rendered":"Highly Skilled Migrant \u2013 salary criterion 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"ox-81ba610eea-ox-064c11f49a-msonormal\">The 2024 salary levels for highly skilled migrants, Blue Card holders, key personnel of intra-corporate transfers (ICT) and recent graduates in the Netherlands have been published.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ox-81ba610eea-ox-064c11f49a-msonormal\">Per 1 January 2024 the following salary thresholds apply, gross per month excluding 8% holiday allowance.\u00a0These thresholds apply to applications submitted as of 1 January 2024.<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"ox-81ba610eea-MsoNormal\">Highly skilled migrant 30 years and older: EUR 5,331 (in 2023: EUR 5,008)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ox-81ba610eea-MsoNormal\">Highly skilled migrant younger than 30 years: EUR 3,909\u00a0(in 2023: EUR 3,672)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ox-81ba610eea-MsoNormal\">Highly skilled migrant who is eligible for the reduced salary requirement (e.g. graduated in the Netherlands): EUR 2,801 (in 2023: EUR 2,631)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ox-81ba610eea-MsoNormal\">European Blue Card holder: EUR 6,245 (in 2023: EUR 5,867)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ox-81ba610eea-MsoNormal\">* These are the minimum required gross monthly salaries excluding holiday allowance. The salaries for highly skilled migrants and Blue Card holders must also be always at market level and should be paid on a monthly basis.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ox-81ba610eea-MsoNormal\">In brief, the salary is the fixed monthly salary (in cash) and contractual agreed monthly allowances (in cash) \u00a0excluding the holiday allowance (8%).
